1. The service and these terms
These terms apply to your use of PostDiva, operated by Evolve Orbit - F.Z.C in the United Arab Emirates. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.
PostDiva provides content planning and publishing tools. The features, limits and supported connections available to you are those shown in your workspace and any offer you expressly accept. A planned integration or an unavailable feature is not a promise of current availability.
2. Accounts and authority
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods and use only workspaces and social accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the permissions you grant and the actions of people you authorize. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. Do not impersonate another person, share access in a way that bypasses workspace permissions, or attempt to access another customer’s information.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to host, store, process, display and transmit that content to provide the service and carry out your instructions, including through the service providers required for those actions. This permission does not transfer ownership to us.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for your copy, media, personal information and connected accounts. Review facts, claims, copyright, accessibility and suitability before approving or publishing. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or inappropriate and require your review; they are not a guarantee of originality, accuracy or performance.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content or activity, infringement, fraud, impersonation, harassment, malware, unsolicited abusive messaging, or unauthorized collection or disclosure of personal information. Do not attempt to bypass security, usage limits or platform restrictions, overload the service, or interfere with other users.
Your use of a connected platform must also follow that platform’s terms, account requirements and permissions. We may restrict activity or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or prevent harm.
5. Publishing and service availability
Publishing depends on the supported content format, your connected account, provider permission and the provider’s service. An uploaded file or connected account does not mean every format or action is supported. Check the available options and any warnings before scheduling.
By using an available YouTube connection in PostDiva, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube account connection does not imply that video uploading or analytics is supported. Our YouTube privacy information explains the connection data and access-removal controls.
We aim to provide a useful, reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular publication time or social outcome. Provider outages, rate limits, revoked permissions and network failures can delay or prevent delivery. Where a delivery outcome is uncertain, inspect the provider before attempting to publish again to avoid duplicates.
We may maintain or change the service. We will not represent an unavailable feature as a completed publication or a confirmed payment, and will communicate material changes affecting an accepted paid offer as appropriate.
6. Plans and payments
Using the service does not by itself authorize a payment. Any paid subscription must be expressly selected through the available checkout, with its price, billing interval, limits and renewal conditions presented before purchase. Where checkout is unavailable, you cannot purchase a subscription through the application.
Where a subscription is offered, it applies to the workspace and capacity described in that offer. Usage allowances and their reset rules are shown with the plan. Deleting content does not necessarily restore a consumed allowance. Third-party services or social-platform charges are separate unless the offer expressly includes them.
Use the available billing portal to manage payment methods or cancellation, or contact support if you cannot access it. The offer and checkout govern the effective cancellation date and any stated refund terms, subject to applicable mandatory rights. Contact us about a payment concern so we can review the circumstances and applicable rights.
7. Ending use and data requests
You may stop using the service and disconnect your social accounts. If you have a paid subscription, follow its cancellation process rather than assuming that signing out or deleting a post cancels billing. Contact us if you need help closing an account or requesting an export or deletion.
We may suspend or end access for a material breach, security risk, legal requirement or discontinuation of the service. Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain the reason and available next steps. Information handling and retention are described in our privacy policy; closing your account does not remove content already published on third-party platforms.
8. Responsibility, changes and contact
You are responsible for your content, instructions and authorized use of connected accounts. We are responsible for operating the service under these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
We may revise these terms as the service changes. We will publish the updated version and communicate material changes through the service or an appropriate account contact. Contact cameron_y2k@hotmail.co.uk with a question, complaint or payment concern so we can work toward a resolution.
